- "Service" refers to the website design, hosting, and management services provided by Net Combe.
- "Client" refers to any individual or business that purchases or subscribes to the Service.
- "Website" refers to the bespoke website created by Net Combe for the Client.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

Service Overview
Net Combe offers affordable, fully managed websites tailored to small businesses. The Service includes:
- Custom website design
- Hosting and domain name management
- Maintenance and updates of the Website
- Optional email services linked to the domain name

Subscription and Fees
- Subscription Fee: The Client agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee for the Service, which includes a single-page website.
- Additional Fees: Additional fees apply for each extra page beyond the first page and/or email address associated with the domain name.
- Payment Terms: Payment for the first month is due upon approval of the final website draft. Subsequent payments will be charged monthly.
- Minimum Term: The Service requires a minimum commitment of one month, after which the Client may cancel at any time without penalty.
- Cancellation:The Client can cancel the Service at any time by providing written notice via email. The Service will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

Client Responsibilities
- Content Provision: The Client is responsible for providing accurate information (text, images, etc.) required for the Website. Net Combe will not create content unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Approvals: The Client shall review and approve the draft Website at their earliest convenience after receiving the draft link. Delays in approval may affect the timeline for the Website going live.
- Legal Compliance: The Client must ensure that all content provided complies with applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations. Net Combe is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the content provided by the Client.

Net Combe Responsibilities
- Custom Design: Net Combe will design a bespoke Website tailored to the Client’s business, ensuring it is responsive and performs well on various devices.
- Maintenance: Net Combe will handle all technical aspects of maintaining the Website, including security updates, hosting, and SSL certificates.
- Support: Net Combe provides support for any issues related to the Website’s functionality. Support does not include major redesigns or content creation, which may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Website design and underlying code remain the intellectual property of Net Combe. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website while the subscription is active.
- Content: All content provided by the Client remains their intellectual property. Net Combe will not use this content for any purpose other than to fulfill the Service.

Termination
- By the Client: The Client may terminate the Service at any time after the minimum one-month term by providing written notice via email.
- By Net Combe: Net Combe reserves the right to terminate the Service with 30 days’ notice if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions or for any reason at the discretion of Net Combe. In cases of non-payment, the Service may be terminated immediately.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for services already rendered. If the Client is dissatisfied with the Service, they are encouraged to contact Net Combe to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability
Net Combe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website.
Net Combe does not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted but will make reasonable efforts to ensure performance.

Changes to Terms
Net Combe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
